- The MarketDeveloper technology will enable BlueVenn to deliver a real-time Single Customer View for all SMB and enterprise organisations.
- The acquisition will provide MarketDeveloper clients with an improved product portfolio and will speed up the development roadmap for its Single Customer View product.
The MarketDeveloper Single Customer View (SCV) software has been fully integrated with the existing BlueVenn omnichannel marketing automation platform, to provide enhanced functionality for BlueVenn clients to unify their customer data across the organization. The MarketDeveloper technology puts the ability to create and maintain a single view of the customer into the hands of the marketer, as opposed to the traditional approach to building an integrated marketing database that is complex, expensive and out of reach for most organisations.
